The Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is elected by secret ballot for a maximum term of 3 years by all Union members.
It meets regularly (generally every two weeks).
In practice, Union members elected to the Staff Committee participate actively in Executive Committee meetings.
What is more, all Union members receive the Agenda, the minutes and other documents, so they don’t need any special invitation to join the Executive Committee meetings.
