April 2025: A +1.2% owed from 2024

In 2024, our salaries and pensions were updated in two stages: i) an interim update in June (+3 %), ii) a residual annual update in December (backdated to July), which, due to the application of the moderation clause, was paid in two parts: one limited to 4.1 % in December, and the remaining part of 1.2 % paid from April 2025, without retroactive effect. → Read more

Residual annual update: +4.1% by July 2024 and +1.2% in April 2025

The salary update for 2024 is carried out in two stages: intermediate +3%, residual annual +5,3 %, the latter being split into two instalments. At the same time, our pension contribution rate is increasing by 1%. For further explanations, → Read the flyer.

By contrast, due to lower inflation in Luxembourg, the impact of the social minimum wage (SSM) on lower EU salaries is weaker. See salary scales → for contract staff, and → for officials and temporary staff.
